Adversity & Focus

Life happens. Its not WHAT happens but HOW you respond.

We will dive into different types of adversity, problems and moments that arise throughout the year in order to help the player perform at the highest level when everyone is watching.

Our Identity Framework

If you don’t know WHO you are, HOW can you expect to get WHAT you want?

Each week there will be a short lesson in which the player is guided along making their story and process crystal clear to allow them to take action in their lives immediately.

Our outcomes are by-product of our identity and process.

NHL Video

There are more than enough smart, educated hockey coaches in this world. Everything we teach, you likely already know. Each player will receive a forward / defense specific video package.

The difference with us is that YOU are teaching us in what simple details you see. From there, you go and put it into ACTION next time you skate.

The game is simple. The hard part is EXECUTING SIMPLE…. CONSISTENTLY.

Connect with coaches and players with experience and knowledge from the NHL all the way through the NCAA.

Our purpose of these Zooms is to connect players with real-time opportunities to ask questions to people at the highest levels of hockey to help them in their own personal careers.
